Refund Policy – Bestie Wonderland™
All ticket sales, bookings, and purchases are final unless otherwise noted. Because our shows require planning, supplies, and staffing in advance, we can only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Cancellations by Bestie Wonderland™

If we must cancel an event due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer your booking to another date at no extra cost.

Cancellations by the Organizer

Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time transfer to another event date (if available).

Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date are non-refundable due to staffing and preparation costs.

No-Shows

Guests who do not attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Digital Products & Merchandise

All sales for digital content, downloads, or merchandise are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective
