Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Bestie Wonderland™

 

 

All ticket sales, bookings, and purchases are final unless otherwise noted. Because our shows require planning, supplies, and staffing in advance, we can only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

 

1. Cancellations by Bestie Wonderland™

   • If we must cancel an event due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide either:

     • A full refund, or

     • The option to transfer your booking to another date at no extra cost.

2. Cancellations by the Organizer

   • Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time transfer to another event date (if available).

   • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date are non-refundable due to staffing and preparation costs.

3. No-Shows

   • Guests who do not attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Special Circumstances

   • Refund exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies. Please email BestieWonderland@gmail.com to discuss.

5. Digital Products & Merchandise

   • All sales for digital content, downloads, or merchandise are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective
